Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
A return is only possible if the product was received damaged or defective. Items that were delivered in perfect, undamaged condition are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic or logistical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used food products
- Items with broken seals
3. Refund
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will refund the purchase price including shipping costs via the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
We will cover the shipping costs for returning a damaged or defective item. Please contact us under info@wild-craft.it to receive a return label and further instructions.
